Law-related measures

limiting notarial certificates to urgent certificates; the Notary Chamber will provide at least one notary on duty for the respective area
the ceasing of all procedural time-limits which began prior to the declaration of a state of emergency until it’s end connected to pending court and administrative proceedings
discontinuing all announced public sale and possession procedures announced by state and private bailiffs

Economy-related measures

extending the annual accounting closure period and presentation of the annual financial statements and declarations under the Corporate Income Tax Act until 30th of June
extending the payment of local taxes and fees at a discount as it expires at the end of the month
providing liquid support for the business by the state, which means that the state has the opportunity to financially support small and medium-sized enterprises; the reserve is currently 10 billion BGN
